RETURN CONDITIONS
As long as the products you wish to return are in an optimal condition, a return can be made. If the error was ours for sending a different product than the one ordered, we will cover the shipping costs ourselves. If the return is due to a mistake when ordering the product or similar, the costs will be borne by the customer. The return must be sent to the address that appears on the order package. If you have thrown it away or lost it, you can check the address in the footer of the website or if you need to make any queries, send an email to info@fltsupplies.com, indicating 'RETURN' and the order number.
Returns must be made within a maximum period of 14 days. For health and hygiene reasons, returns of sterile and sealed products (liquids, butters, inks, etc.) will not be accepted.
Once we receive the package and check the condition of the product, we will proceed to return it. The return period will be approximately one week after the package arrives at our facilities.
In the case of products purchased by mistake or not to your liking, you may exchange them for another product of the same or higher value, provided that the product arrives at our facilities in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
